95% of our products are home grown timbers for a longer life. Whilst we guarantee our work , timber is a natural product which we cannot guarantee that it will not split, twist, expand or shrink this does not mean that we will ignore a problem.

When receiving a quote prices are Guaranteed for 2 months any longer and they may have to be revised. The price is subject to no unforeseen problems. Please check the Estimate is correct and states everything you discussed on the site visit.
